You retain ownership of content you create and post on RYDR CUP, including chat messages, profile photos, and challenge data.
By posting content, you grant RYDR CUP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and store your content as necessary to operate the service.
Points, standings, and competition results within RYDR CUP are for entertainment purposes only. They have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, or any form of compensation unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. We may also remove content that violates these terms without notice.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support@rydrcup.com.
RYDR CUP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of RYDR CUP shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of RYDR CUP after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of RYDR CUP shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
